Bulk Carriers Course Virtual Classroom
A 3-day BULK CARRIER online course provides training and familiarization of loading ,unloading and calculation procedures of solid bulk cargoes including grain cargoes and the principles of draught survey of various bulk – and dry cargoes.
The main tasks of the training are:
• To provide the participants with an understanding and familiarization of different loading and unloading procedures for bulk cargoes including the necessary calculations for preparing a load and discharging plan.
• To provide the participants with knowledge of de-ballasting and ballast operation for loading and unloading procedures.
• To provide a deeper familiarization of draught survey techniques for high and low density cargoes and to deepen the required calculations necessary to achieve an initial and final draught survey for different dry and bulk cargoes to avoid cargo claims.
• To provide a deeper knowledge for loading – unloading and calculating of Grain cargo and working with the NCB Form if loading grain cargo in the US.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Operational and Management levels Marine Deck Officers and Surveyors.

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation less than in 5 working days prior to the course start without a reasonable reason (providing the relevant documents: a health certificate) is subject to 100% payment of the course and accommodations fees.
Cancellation in more than 5 working days prior to the course start is free of charge.
In case of inability of completing the course in full amount, the payment will be kept in proportion to the content of the passed material.
