15 September 2017 at Kherson Maritime Specialized Training Centre was start new specialized course: Port State Control Awareness Course.
The course aims to provide for Management Level Deck Officers, Engine Officers and Superintendents knowledge and understanding regarding Port State Control procedures, Ship Inspection Preparation, Master Rights and Responsibilities, pick up Safety Awareness, provide information regarding New Inspection Regimes (NIR), information exchange between delegates regarding Inspection passing process.
