KMSTC was proud to take part in the celebration marking the 15th anniversary of Kherson State Maritime Academy’s status as an academy. KMSTC was represented by Captain Сергій Дудченко, PhD, Director of KMSTC, reaffirming our long-standing partnership with one of Ukraine’s leading maritime education institutions.
The event brought together representatives of government authorities, the maritime administration, international shipping companies, the maritime business community, social partners, alumni, and friends of the Academy. It served as a reminder that the future of the maritime industry is built through collaboration, shared values, and a commitment to educating the next generation of maritime professionals.
For many years, KMSTC and Kherson State Maritime Academy have worked side by side to support the professional development of future seafarers. Together, we help cadets gain practical skills, meet the highest international industry standards, and confidently begin their careers at sea.
We are especially proud that many KSMA graduates completed their practical training at KMSTC and later returned to join our team as instructors, passing on their knowledge and experience to future generations of seafarers. This is one of the strongest examples of the lasting value of our partnership.
