Starting 2019, it is now possible to obtain the Digital Delivery BOSIET (Code 5703) at Kherson Maritime Specialized Training Centre. All theoretical materials are studied online, from anywhere in the world, using smart-phones, tablets, laptops or PC. You will only train for 1 day in the training center to get OPITO approved certificate.
