KMSTC is a training centre serving the international maritime industry since 2012 when it was established to qualify the Ukrainian and international seafarers, and energy sector personnel training for making them more competitive in the international labour market.
Specialized Training Centre is accredited by the State Service for Maritime, Inland Waterway Transport and Shipping of Ukraine and by the Energy Industry Organization (OPITO) for providing STCW and basic offshore safety training courses.
